
Eric Rylberg
CHAIRMAN
Eric Rylberg is former Chief Executive Director at Saxo Bank. Eric started his career at LEC and ScandiaGroup. Afterwards Eric was working for the industrial conglomerate Incentive followed by his role as CEO for Jacob Holm og Sønner. From 1997 to 2000 he was CFO for ISS A/S and from 2000 to 2007 he took the role as CEO of the company. Following his career at ISS A/S he acted as strategic advisor at Keops before joining Saxo Bank as Chief Executive Director in 2008.

Santiago Íñiguez

Santiago Iñiguez is President of IE University and Dean of IE Business School. Iñiguez is a Doctor of Law and holds an MBA from IE Business School. He is a member of the board of EFMD, the International Advisory Board of AMBA, GFME and the Awarding Body of EQUIS. He also serves on the boards of CENTRUM (Universidad Católica, Perú), Universiti Putra Malaysia Business School, Antai Business School (Jiao Tong University, China) and Leeds University Business School (UK).

Christian Engelsen

Christian Engelsen serves as Chief Executive Officer at IS, which he founded in 2005. In the past, Christian was Customer Care Director of CBB Mobil A/S and Tiscali A/S as well as Sales and Marketing Director of Teleperformance A/S. Christian holds an MBA degree from AVT Business School, an AMP from The Wharton School, a CIBE from Columbia Business School, and has completed executive programs at Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, Chicago Booth, and U.C. Berkeley.
